Question Dear Kurma Dasa, We have been using your books to cook many, many international items and each one of them turned out to be great. My wife is very fond of pizzas and very, very reluctantly accepted spiritual initiation as it meant to give up store-bought pizza. About the same time she tried the pizza recipe from one of your books and immediately lost the taste for bought pizza. Thank you!

This is just one of the many examples. As we are of Indian origin, we were proud of our own recipes for Indian dishes until we tried your recipe for the Gujarati Kadi. It was far better than what we have ever tasted before and was again an instant hit in our family. Please keep up the great work and write many, many more books.

We have never had any success in baking items such as breads, rolls, cakes, bagels, doughnuts etc. Can we expect a book from you for these items?

Thank you for your very encouraging words. Letters such as yours give me great impetus to write more books.

You ask whether you can expect a book specialising in breads, rolls, cakes, bagels, doughnuts and the like.

I think the answer at this stage is no, at least for now.The theme of my next book is a little different. But your question inspired me to consult my personal index of recipes from all my published books. You will be pleasantly surprised to find that there is already quite a substantial list of the recipes you ask for.
